Creed Reincarnates

creedWell, our one (or two) song wonder band is back.  Creed will soon be starting work on their latest album and are planning to have the title track to be “Full Circle”. And rightly so, a full circle from a JUST OKAY band to a umm JUST OKAY band?

From FMQB: “We’re reached out to Brendan O’Brien, Mutt Lange, Bob Rock, Steve Lillywhite and six or seven more,” Stapp told Rolling Stone. “We want to put ourselves around the best and have them bring out the best in us and challenge us as artists.”

“Our career as Creed came to a very abrupt and unforeseen ending. After reflecting on some of the greatest personal and professional moments of our lives, we’ve come to realize that we are still very capable of continuing that career and our friendship on a grander scale than ever before.” Says Philip, the band’s drummer.

Southpark teaches Kanye West a lesson

kanyewestApparantly South Park did what no one else could do. It made Kanye West realise what a self praising bum he is. lol.

From Billboard

The Comedy Central show skewered the famously self-important rapper on its show Wednesday night, painting him as a narcissistic figure so out of touch with reality he couldn’t even take a (very politically incorrect) joke.

West’s love of himself and his work has been almost as integral to his image as his music: Just last year, he told The Associated Press that he was the “voice of this generation.” Also recently, he was quoted as saying his greatest regret was not being able to see himself perform live.

lol… Southpark, in all its awesomeness made a coupla episodes “hurting” Kanye West everywhere, but the good news is, he claims to have learnt a lesson. The following is what he wrote in his blog.

SOUTH PARK MURDERED ME LAST NIGHT AND IT’S PRETTY FUNNY. IT HURTS MY FEELINGS BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM SOUTH PARK! I ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY EGO THOUGH. HAVING THE CRAZY EGO IS PLAYED OUT IN MY LIFE AND CAREER.

So, he’s working on it… Thankfully :P
